It all started as the earth cooled, and the seas formed....................
No not really, it was about 20 years ago when Ian started his Electrical Apprenticeship (1990), and after a few years as a Sparks he worked in Japan for 18 months at the Australian Embassy in Tokyo and had his eyes opened to what Technology in a building could do. On returning Home in 1999, Ian and his Wife, Tam, started an Electrical Business with the focus on Electrical plus associated Technical Services. At first this was limited to Telephone Sockets and TV Points, but over the next few years Ian gained about 40 Certificates and Accreditations for various Products and Systems.
The most important accreditation and skill possessed by Ian is, as a Clipsal CBus Advanced Programmer and with this, Clipsal's awarding of Approved Installer allowing Ian to offer a 4 Year Factory Warranty on Installation. Also being awarded Clipsal 'Point One Accredited Integration Professional. There are only 12 Businesses in Victoria who hold this Accreditation. So as Victoria's only regional business with this level of Clipsal Certification, you can imagine how much pride and dedication it has taken to get there. Although there are other business's with a Point One Accredation, there are none outside Melbourne with Electrical, Clipsal CBus and Data Comms, other than Zentec.

Being regional, Ian has focused on Customer Service and Support, because your reputation is everything in a small pond. The list of Accreditations is pretty impressive, so please ask for a copy so you know you are truly dealing with the best. Ian has also committed to giving back to the industry, through the Smart Wired Program, Skillsone, CEDIA and Lecturing at Deakin University in Geelong for Architects. Although committing time to various Industry Groups does not fill the bank, it is a valuable part of learning how to provide better service, and there by excelling in a service based business.
We are CEDIA (Custom Electronic Design & Installation Association) Members. CEDIA requires you to pass a long a detailed technical exam, and spend at least 30 hours of Certified Training every 2 years as well as having a number of manufacturers certifications to ensure that members are absolutely at the top of the tree in Electronic Systems Design and Installation. We only take on a limited number of projects each year, and seek to work for individuals who desire experienced, well thought through Technical Results, with back up for the life of the Installation, in fact in quite a few cases we have continued to provide service to the new property owners after the initial purchaser has moved on.

Our areas of service are: Geelong, Surfcoast, Torquay, Aireys Inlet, Fairhaven, Lorne, Ocean Grove, Barwon Heads, Rye, Portsea, Sorrento, Queenscliff, Pt Lonsdale, Melbourne, Bellarine Peninsula, Ballarat and every where in between these areas.
While we are not "cheap", we do run our business efficiently, and are therefore not expensive either. With an apples for apples comparison with competitiors, we almost always will be the middle price out of 3 and easily the best value.
A picture says a thousand words, so they say.....

Please consider carefully when you are chosing an integrator, as some times an apple can turn out to be a lemon.....
