Architects:
We are very experienced in delivering solutions that meet both the asthetic needs of the project and the functional needs of the project. Often the client requires high end functionality, but wants the technology hidden and future proofed. Thats what we do best. Asthetic apeal is balanced with good fundamental design with out having to be "over the top" in budget.
There are so many solutions to the clients needs, that can only be resolved through the consultation process directly with the client. We usually insist on a three way meeting, client, architect and Zentec to make sure all projects needs are meet. This may be on site, or in the architects office, depending on the projects current design or build state.
We are focused on the right result for the client, that means providing samples of different products, and working with different systems depending on the desires of the client. We offer a full service, starting from the initial consultation, the design of the system(s) and the project management, and final implementation and commissioning. This is important to know as there are many variations of business models operating in the technical services arena, and only a CEDIA certified business will meet all the criteria to deliver a seamless result.
Please click on the single page reference from Deakin Uni, Architecture department, (link on the left side of this page) to see how the business owner of Zentec, Ian Corless, has been involved with the architecture department, in proactive education over the years. This is an important part of helping the architecture community come to terms with how to implement technology in the home today. There is also a sample technical services drawing (left side of this page) which gives some idea of the planning and detail required to successfully carry out our work.
There are so many questions with technical services that require detailed answers to make sure that the client is well served, only a personal consultation can resolve these. Please understand that even if the electrician says he can do the "CBus" or automation, there is so much more to be considered to meet the clients expectations. Lighting design, and control is a large part of what we do to produce the right result. With the new regulations regarding maximium electricity consupmtion for lighting in a room, careful consideration needs to be made in the design phase to meet regulations and expectations.

Our areas of service are: Geelong, Surfcoast, Torquay, Aireys Inlet, Fairhaven, Lorne, Ocean Grove, Barwon Heads, Rye, Portsea, Sorrento, Queenscliff, Pt Lonsdale, Melbourne, Bellarine Peninsula, and every where in between these areas.
