Electricians:
The client you have had for years, is building a premium home and wants you to do the electricals, oh..... and we want some of the CBus lighting and also an audio system, and can you do security as well, sound familiar? If you can't help them they will go elsewhere, and you know what that means... the Hi Fi shop, with seperate sub contractor, security contractor and to make matters worse, the guy they called to do the CBus says he can do the electricals as well, and to add insult to injury, the antenna guy says he is an expert at audio and security.
The way to deal with this issue, is to partner with a qualified and experienced integrator (Zentec, of course), to meet all of the client expectations with out the head aches. We work with electricans at your level of expertise, that may mean you do none or all of the low voltage services, and in some cases, we just do the design and programing, allowing you to sell a unified solution to your client. And the good news is that we don't treat this like black magic, as questions arise during the project we will educate you along the way. Why would we do that.... because we want more work, and informed electricians get more work for both them selves and us, win - win. If we don't help you learn more about the "black magic" along the way, we know from experience that's the first and last project we will do together, because there is nothing in it for you.
There are so many questions with technical services that require detailed answers to make sure that the client is well served, only a personal consultation can resolve these. Please understand that even if you can do the "CBus" or automation, there is so much more to be considered to meet the clients expectations.
