Existing/ If you have an existing building, Zentec will come and service your installation.
There are some facts to establish first, do you have some as yet un resolved issues with the original installer? We will take up service only when the original installer has been signed off from the project. Did you want to make some improvements or establish a relationship for future service? Often when we take over service for an existing building, we will make some minor hardware changes, and improve the functionality of the programing, and also return to the client the documentation, to make further service easy, if you can get the original programming files and any other documentation, this will save you a great deal of money, in some cases as much as $2,000.
New/ If you are planning a new building then you will have to meet the new energy management standards, and the oportunity is there to have a building that will save you money on utlilities bills and service if designed right from the start. As many have experienced the cheapest price at the build stage, is NEVER the cheapest for the long term, as service costs on poorly designed and installed systems will cause great dissapointment in years to come. Planning for expansion and choosing the right products and cabling infrastructure at the outset, will be prudent dicissions.
